Prices
Every price on this site is in Indian rupees and includes any tax that applies. We do not add a delivery charge.
We try hard to keep prices and stock correct. If something is priced or listed wrongly, we will tell you before we send it and you may cancel — we will not simply charge you a different amount.
Placing an order
Putting something in your bag and checking out is you asking us for it. The order is agreed when we confirm it. Until then we may refuse it — if the thing has just sold out, if the address is one we cannot reach, or if we have good reason to think the order is not genuine.
Paying
You pay in cash to the person who brings your order. There is nothing to pay in advance, and we ask for no card details on this site at any point.
Please keep the exact amount ready where you can. The person delivering cannot always give change.
What you are buying
Much of what we sell is made by hand — clay diyas, brass work, malas strung one bead at a time. No two are identical, and photographs on a screen never show a colour exactly. Small differences of that kind are the nature of the thing, not a fault, and are not on their own a reason for a return.
Where something genuinely arrives broken, or is not what the page described, that is a different matter and our returns policy covers it.
Sending something back
Our returns policy and our refund policy say what can come back, for how long, and how your money reaches you. They are part of these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us at once if you think somebody else has it. We may close an account that is being used to abuse the shop or its staff.
What is on this site
The photographs, the words and the shop's name belong to us. Please do not copy them onto another shop.
What we are answerable for
We are answerable for getting you what you ordered, in good condition, and for putting it right when we do not. We are not answerable for a delay caused by something outside our hands — a strike, a flood, a road closed for a festival — though we will always tell you what is happening.
If there is a disagreement
Call us first on +91 99169 88887. Almost everything is settled that way. These terms are governed by the law of India, and the courts at Bangalore are the ones that would hear anything that is not settled between us.
Changes
We may change these terms. What was written on the day you ordered is what applies to that order.
