What we ask you for
Your name, your telephone number, your email address and the address you want your order sent to. If you create an account, we also keep a password — scrambled, so that nobody here can read it, including us.
We keep the orders you have placed, because you asked us to send you things and both of us need a record of it.
Why we need it
To take your order, to bring it to your door, to tell you where it has got to, and to answer you when you call. That is all.
Who else sees it
Whoever brings your parcel sees your name, your address and your telephone number, because they cannot deliver it otherwise. They see nothing else.
We do not sell your details. We do not rent them, swap them, or hand them to anybody who wants to advertise at you.
Cookies
This shop uses a small number of its own cookies and nothing else: one to keep you signed in, one to remember what is in your bag, and one to remember what you have saved. They are what make the shop work; without them the bag would empty itself on every page.
We do not run advertising trackers and we do not run analytics. Nothing on this site reports what you look at to anybody outside it. If that ever changes, this page will say so before it does.
We email you about your own orders. We do not add you to a mailing list for buying something.
Keeping it safe
The whole site runs over an encrypted connection, passwords are stored scrambled and never in plain words, and only the people who run the shop can open the admin.
How long we keep it
For as long as you have an account with us, and afterwards for as long as our records of your orders have to be kept.
Asking us what we hold, or asking us to remove it
Write to info@satyasince1973.in or call +91 99169 88887 and ask. We will tell you what we have about you, correct anything that is wrong, and remove what we are not obliged to keep.
Children
This shop is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect anything about them.
Changes
If we change how any of this works, we change this page. The date at the top of it tells you when it last changed.
