Where we deliver
We send orders anywhere in India. Everything is packed at our shop at 7, J Street, Seppings Road, Near Muthyalamma Temple, Bangalore North, Bangalore, Karnataka 560001.
What delivery costs
Nothing. We do not add a delivery charge to your order — the price you see on the product is the price you pay.
When your order goes out
We pack and send orders as quickly as we can. Puja samagri is often needed for a particular day, so if you have a date in mind, call us on +91 99169 88887 before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it will reach you in time.
Knowing where it is
You do not have to chase us. We email you every time your order moves — when it is packed and on its way, when it is out for delivery, and when it has been handed over. The same information is on your order page when you sign in.
If nobody is there
Whoever brings your parcel will call the number on the order. Please make sure that number is one you will answer, and tell us straight away if it changes.
If the address is wrong
Call us on +91 99169 88887 as soon as you notice. If the parcel has not gone out we will change it. If it has, we will do what we can, but we cannot promise it.
If it arrives damaged
Tell us within 48 hours of it arriving, with a photograph if you can. We will replace it or refund it — see our returns policy and our refund policy.
